TRE®
TENSION & TRAUMA RELEASING EXERCISES

In the face of stress or trauma, humans instinctively activate the fight-or-flight response, similar to other animals. However, unlike animals that naturally shake off tension after a stressful encounter, humans often suppress these bodily responses, leading to a buildup of unresolved tension and trauma.

Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises (TRE®) help restore this innate ability to release tension by encouraging a natural tremor response. This shaking mechanism allows individuals to safely process and release the stress stored in their bodies, promoting healing and emotional balance. Through TRE®, you can reclaim this essential biological function, fostering a deeper connection to your body and resilience against future stressors.

As a certified TRE® provider since 2022, I am deeply passionate about the transformative effects of this practice. I have witnessed remarkable results in participants at my workshops, as TRE® effectively helps release stress, tension, and trauma, facilitating profound healing and reconnection with the body.

With over 30 years of experience in healthcare, I strive to create a safe and supportive environment for individuals to explore TRE®. My enthusiasm for this work is fueled by the positive changes I observe, empowering people to reclaim their well-being and resilience.

Whether you are managing daily stress, addressing past traumas, or simply seeking to reconnect with your body, TRE® offers a gentle and effective body-based self-care practice to promote healing and emotional balance. I provide workshops and individual sessions tailored to help you build confidence and fully experience the remarkable benefits of this natural healing approach, suitable for adults of any age or experience level.
