Also known as ‘Lazy Man’s Yoga’, Thai Massage is a way of gently releasing tension in the body.
The recipient wears loose, comfortable clothing and lies on a mat on the floor. I will help your body loosen up and deeply relax by guiding and positioning you into different stretches and yoga type postures.
Each session will cover a whole body work out, and if you require attention in one particular area this can be included.
It is advisable not to eat an hour before the Thai massage and drink plenty of water before and after a session.
