Undertaking a short to medium length juice fast is one of the fastest and most powerful ways to heal the body of illness, lay a foundation for lifelong health and literally regenerate the body from the inside out.
Juice fasting is your choice to abstain from food for a number of days, instead choosing to consume healthy, vegetable-based juices. Choosing to juice helps your body to pre-digest nutrients in the food, which increases absorption and rests your digestion.
