The Rejuvenative Power of Fasting

​Undertaking a short to medium length juice fast is one of the fastest and most powerful ways to heal the body of illness, lay a foundation for lifelong health and literally regenerate the body from the inside out.
Juice fasting is ​your​ choice to abstain from food for a ​number of days​, instead​ choosing to​ consume healthy, vegetable based juices. Choosing to juice helps your body to pre-digest nutrients in the food, which increases absorption and​ rests your digestion.
